1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of BEGUIGO and participation in BEGUIGO Challenges. Challenge-specific rules, costs, eligibility requirements and conditions displayed for a Challenge also form part of your agreement for that Challenge.

BEGUIGO is designed to operate qualifying Challenges as skill-based prize competitions. Winners are determined under the published Challenge rules and are not selected by random draw. Nothing on BEGUIGO should be understood as a statement that the UK Gambling Commission has approved or licensed a particular Challenge.

2. Eligibility, age, identity & accounts

BEGUIGO is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a BEGUIGO account, purchase Credits or VIP benefits, submit a Challenge Request, participate in a Challenge, use Challenge Actions, receive a prize or request a cashout.

BEGUIGO may require age and/or identity verification at registration, first login, before permitting particular activities, before prize fulfilment or cashout, where account or transaction risk reasonably requires it, or where BEGUIGO must satisfy a legal, security or integrity requirement. Appropriate documentary or electronic evidence may be requested and access to some or all functionality may be restricted while required verification remains incomplete.

You must provide accurate, current account information and must not impersonate another person or provide materially false information about your identity, age, eligibility or entitlement to an account, payment method, Challenge or reward.

Each person may hold and operate only one BEGUIGO user account unless BEGUIGO has expressly authorised otherwise in writing. Accounts, Challenge qualifications, BPS profiles, VIP status and Challenge participation are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred, shared or operated for another person.

Creating, controlling or using additional accounts directly or indirectly, including through another person, to obtain extra Challenge entries, qualification attempts, Credits, promotions, VIP benefits, BPS advantages, Action limits, capacity positions or any other competitive or commercial advantage is prohibited.

Where BEGUIGO reasonably suspects a multiple-account, identity or account-control violation, it may investigate and temporarily restrict affected accounts or functionality while that investigation is necessary. If a violation is established, BEGUIGO may close or restrict duplicate accounts, invalidate benefits or participation obtained through the violation, correct affected Wallet or Challenge records, and suspend or terminate access for deliberate or repeated abuse. Any action will remain subject to applicable law, non-excludable consumer rights and proportionate review of the available evidence.

3. Challenge Requests & qualification

Where a Challenge requires a Challenge Request, submitting the request records your intention to participate but does not itself admit you to the Challenge. You must satisfy the qualification and access requirements applicable to that Challenge.

Qualification may use Skills, Short Questions or other configured assessments of skill, knowledge or judgment. Passing requirements, attempt rules and temporary blocking rules may vary. Questions or assessments may be monitored, retired or replaced where the authoritative BEGUIGO qualification systems determine that they no longer provide an appropriate assessment.

Purchasing Credits or VIP does not by itself guarantee qualification, admission, a winning position or a prize. Free Challenges may use different participation or qualification requirements where those differences are expressly shown for the Challenge.

4. Skill, strategy & information

BEGUIGO Challenges are intended to require participants to apply skill, knowledge and/or judgment. Participants choose their bids and may make further strategic decisions using the information and actions made available for the relevant Challenge.

After a bid is registered, BEGUIGO may provide immediate information about its current state, including whether it is winning, unique or duplicated. Such information is dynamic: later valid bids or Challenge Actions can change that state. Info Packs and other information tools can provide additional information to support participant decisions.

Strategy Assistant, Pulse, BPS information, simulations, Info Packs and similar tools provide information or decision support only. They do not know or guarantee a future winning bid and do not guarantee success.

5. Bids, actions & costs

A bid or Challenge Action is accepted only when the authoritative BEGUIGO server records it successfully. Applicable Credit costs, limits, time windows, Action Policy, Action Verification, BPS, VIP and other eligibility requirements can vary by Challenge and are shown through the relevant Challenge experience.

Challenge Actions can include Insert Bid, Info Pack, Auto-Bidder, Cancel Bids, Protect Bid, Recover Bid, Give Up & Recover, Pause, Terminate, Buy Now and other features made available for the Challenge. Each action has the effect, cost and restrictions displayed under its applicable rules.

A browser display or message describing a current bid state is informational and can become stale as the Challenge changes. The validated server-side Challenge, bid and transaction records are authoritative, subject to correction of a demonstrated material system error.

6. Winner determination

The winning bid is determined by the frequency-based methodology and deterministic rules applicable to the Challenge. The authoritative BEGUIGO winner calculation resolves the current winning bid from valid active bids; where the minimum qualifying frequency is shared, the applicable deterministic ordering and bid record rules determine the selected winning bid.

A current winning indication during an active Challenge is provisional and can change. No participant has won merely because a bid is displayed as winning before the Challenge has closed and the result has completed any applicable validation process.

7. Credits, Wallet & expiry

BEGUIGO Credits are platform units used for eligible features and Challenge Actions. They are not a bank deposit or general-purpose payment instrument and are not redeemable for cash except where a specific BEGUIGO reward or cashout feature expressly provides otherwise. Credits may not be sold, transferred or exchanged between users except through a feature expressly provided by BEGUIGO.

Credits may expire under active BEGUIGO Credits Expiry rules. The current engine can apply inactivity-based rules using a configured period and can expire either a fixed number of Credits or a percentage of the current balance, subject to the rule minimum balance. Qualifying BEGUIGO activity resets the relevant inactivity timer; purchasing Credits also resets the timer but failure to purchase Credits does not itself trigger expiry. Where configured, warnings are provided before expiry.

Your Wallet records relevant Credit debits, credits, recoveries, refunds and expiry transactions. Applicable expiry information can also be made available in My Account.

8. VIP, Credits, purchases & cancellation rights

Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, purchases of Credits and activated VIP benefits are intended to be final and non-refundable once supplied or activated. This does not exclude remedies that the law requires BEGUIGO to provide, including where digital content or services do not conform to the contract.

Where applicable law provides a 14-day cancellation period and BEGUIGO supplies digital content or applicable digital benefits immediately, immediate supply must be based on the express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Where those legal requirements are satisfied, you acknowledge that beginning immediate supply may cause you to lose the applicable right to cancel. If the required consent or acknowledgement has not validly been obtained, these Terms do not remove a cancellation right that the law gives you.

VIP duration, renewal and cancellation conditions are those disclosed for the relevant product or subscription. Any statutory rights applicable to a subscription or renewal continue to apply.

9. Challenge closure, validation & cancellation

After a Challenge closes it may enter an After-Challenge validation period. BEGUIGO may verify qualification, bids, actions, Wallet transactions, account eligibility, technical integrity, the provisional winner and other relevant records before confirming the final result, entitlement, fulfilment or cashout.

BEGUIGO may cancel or close a Challenge without normal completion where continuation is not reasonably possible or fair, including because of a material technical or configuration error, security or integrity concern, suspected manipulation or fraud, prize or product unavailability, legal or regulatory requirement, force majeure or a comparable material circumstance.

Where BEGUIGO cancels a Challenge without completing it and without determining a valid final winner, Credits consumed by affected users in connection with that Challenge will be restored to their BEGUIGO account balances according to the authoritative Wallet records and refund rules. Amounts already recovered or refunded will not be refunded twice.

10. Prizes, rewards & fulfilment

A prize, reward, cashout, Credit alternative, VIP reward, discount or partner offer is available only where the applicable Challenge and After-Challenge rules provide it. Eligibility can be subject to validation, identity or age checks and the conditions disclosed for that entitlement. A provisional winner must reasonably cooperate with verification and fulfilment requirements that were disclosed or are necessary to establish identity, age, eligibility or delivery entitlement.

Where fulfilment involves a retailer, partner or other third party, relevant fulfilment information may be shared or processed as necessary to provide the prize or benefit, subject to the applicable privacy rules.

If a specified prize becomes genuinely unavailable for reasons outside BEGUIGO's reasonable control, BEGUIGO may provide an equivalent or better substitute, another remedy expressly permitted by the Challenge rules, or cancel the Challenge using the applicable refund rules. BEGUIGO will not substitute a materially inferior prize merely for convenience.

Unless BEGUIGO is legally required to account for them, any personal tax, reporting or similar obligation arising from a prize, reward or cashout is the recipient's responsibility. Territorial or residency restrictions may apply where they are disclosed for the relevant Challenge.

BEGUIGO may publish privacy-safe winner information or other information reasonably necessary to demonstrate that a valid award occurred, subject to applicable privacy law and any rights or objections available to the winner.

11. Fair participation, account integrity & prohibited conduct

You must participate personally and fairly. You must not collude or coordinate bids, actions, qualification attempts or account activity with another person for the purpose of manipulating bid frequency, uniqueness, winning status, capacity, eligibility or any other Challenge outcome.

Only automation expressly supplied or authorised by BEGUIGO, such as an available BEGUIGO Auto-Bidder, may be used for Challenge participation. Unauthorised bots, scripts, API manipulation, automated qualification attempts or other automation intended to obtain an unfair competitive advantage are prohibited.

You must not bypass or attempt to bypass Challenge Requests, Skills, Short Questions, Action Verification, BPS, VIP, age or identity verification, Credit Limits, Action Policy, participation limits, User Protection controls or any other BEGUIGO eligibility, safety or integrity control. Skills and qualification assessments must be completed personally by the account holder without prohibited assistance. Qualification questions, answers, access methods or assessment materials must not be sold, traded, distributed, published, systematically shared or obtained from another person where doing so is intended to defeat, undermine or circumvent the qualification process.

You must not seek, obtain, disclose or use confidential, advance or otherwise non-public Challenge information to gain an unfair advantage, nor manipulate or interfere with another person’s account, qualification, bids, actions or participation. You must not use another person, account, device or coordinated third party as a proxy to evade the single-account rule, eligibility controls, limits or other safeguards.

Fraudulent payments, use of a payment method without authority, deliberate abuse of chargebacks, tampering with BEGUIGO requests or APIs, interference with another participant, or exploitation of a vulnerability for competitive or financial advantage are prohibited. If you become aware of an obvious material pricing, Credit, Wallet, reward, eligibility or configuration error, you must not knowingly exploit or repeatedly reproduce it to obtain an advantage and should report it to BEGUIGO. Good-faith security research or responsible vulnerability disclosure that does not exploit the issue for advantage is not treated as prohibited conduct merely because a defect is reported.

BEGUIGO may investigate suspected misconduct and may temporarily restrict affected activity while an investigation is reasonably required. Any final corrective action should reflect the evidence, these Terms, the applicable Challenge rules and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where reasonably possible and consistent with security, fraud prevention and legal obligations, BEGUIGO will provide the affected user with the material reason for a final restriction and a route to request review.

12. Technical problems & records

Internet, browser, device and service interruptions can occur. A client-side timeout or missing visual response does not necessarily mean an action failed; users should check the authoritative Challenge and Wallet state before repeating a transaction. BEGUIGO uses server-side records, idempotency and audit mechanisms where applicable to protect transaction integrity.

Where a material BEGUIGO system error affected a Challenge, BEGUIGO may investigate and take a proportionate corrective measure consistent with the Challenge rules, transaction records, fairness and applicable law.

13. Changes to Challenges & these Terms

BEGUIGO may update these general Terms prospectively. Material changes will not ordinarily be used to retrospectively alter the winner methodology, prize, material participation cost or other fundamental rule of a Challenge already being participated in.

A material correction to an active Challenge may be necessary where required by law or where a manifest error, security issue or technical defect makes fair continuation impossible. In such circumstances BEGUIGO may suspend, correct or cancel the Challenge using the applicable remediation and refund rules.

14. Privacy, communications & intellectual property

BEGUIGO processes personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy. Service, security, transactional and Challenge-related communications may be sent where necessary to operate your account or fulfil the contract; optional communications remain subject to the applicable preferences and law.

BEGUIGO software, branding, page designs, content and other intellectual property remain protected by applicable rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of BEGUIGO intellectual property to users.

15. Support, complaints & disputes

If you believe a Challenge, bid, Wallet transaction, qualification result, reward or cashout is incorrect, contact BEGUIGO promptly and provide enough information for the relevant server-side and audit records to be investigated. For Challenge-specific issues, use contextual Challenge Support where available.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer rights or any right to use a court, regulator, alternative dispute process or other remedy where applicable law provides it.

16. Governing law & regulatory position

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable United Kingdom consumer law and the Gambling Act 2005 framework for genuine skill-based prize competitions. A prize competition that satisfies the applicable statutory requirements is distinct from a lottery; whether a particular competition satisfies those requirements depends on how it is structured and operated.

BEGUIGO does not represent that the Gambling Commission has approved, certified or licensed its prize competitions. If a mandatory law or consumer right conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory law or right prevails.
