Getting started
The essentials for understanding BEGUIGO and taking your first steps.
What is BEGUIGO?
BEGUIGO is a skill-based challenge platform where eligible users can participate in product challenges, use credits for challenge actions and compete under the rules shown for each challenge.
How do I get started?
Create your account, review the challenge rules and participation requirements, make sure you meet any required VIP, BPS, balance or qualification conditions, and then choose an active challenge.
Where can I see the challenges available to me?
Use the Challenges area to browse active opportunities. Each challenge shows its own access conditions, costs, limits and available actions.
Do all challenges have the same rules?
No. Costs, access requirements, limits, available actions, dates and rewards can vary by challenge. The Challenge Details page is the authoritative user-facing reference for that challenge.
Challenges & participation
Understand eligibility, access requirements and what participation means.
Who can participate in a challenge?
Eligibility depends on the specific challenge. Requirements can include account status, VIP level, BPS access, available credits, qualification or participation capacity.
Why is a challenge or action locked for me?
A lock means that at least one current access or action requirement is not satisfied. BEGUIGO should show the relevant requirement or next step wherever possible.
What does participating mean?
For challenge capacity purposes, participation is based on an approved participation request together with at least one active bid. Availability can change as participation changes.
Can a challenge have a maximum number of participants?
Yes. When a challenge has a participant limit, the Challenge Details page can show the maximum and the remaining places available.
Bids & challenge actions
How bids work and what the strategic challenge actions do.
How is the winner determined?
The objective is to register the winning bid under the challenge rules. The winning logic is based on bid frequency and the applicable challenge conditions, so always review the live Challenge Details information.
What does Place a Bid do?
Place a Bid registers a new bid value for the challenge and consumes the number of credits shown for that action, subject to the challenge rules and your current limits.
What is an Info Pack?
Info Packs provide additional challenge information intended to support your strategy. Different packs can expose different information and can have different credit costs or access requirements.
What does Auto-Bidder do?
Auto-Bidder automates eligible bidding activity according to the available configuration and challenge rules. Any applicable limits, costs and access requirements are shown before use.
What does Cancel Bids do?
Cancel Bids is a strategic action that can affect eligible competing bids according to the challenge rules. Availability, cost and limits can vary.
What does Protect Bid do?
Protect Bid protects an eligible bid for the configured protection period. It can consume credits and is subject to eligibility windows, limits and any Action Policy rules shown for the challenge.
What does Recover Bid do?
Recover Bid lets you recover an eligible bid within the applicable recovery window and receive the displayed recoverable credits. The recovery percentage, time window and limits can vary.
What does Give Up & Recover do?
Give Up & Recover lets you leave your current strategy when the action is available and recover the credits calculated under the applicable rules. The confirmation shown before execution states the relevant outcome.
What do Pause and Terminate do?
Pause affects challenge timing when the action is available. Terminate can end the challenge under its applicable rules. These are high-impact actions, so BEGUIGO shows their conditions and confirmation before execution.
Why do some actions disappear or become unavailable?
Action availability can change with challenge state, timing, your previous usage, limits, BPS or VIP access, qualification, bid eligibility and other policy conditions. A successful action can also change what is available next.
Credits, wallet & payments
Understand how BEGUIGO credits are used and recorded.
What are BEGUIGO credits?
Credits are the platform balance used by eligible BEGUIGO features and challenge actions. The amount consumed or recovered depends on the action and its current rules.
Where can I see my credit activity?
Your Wallet in My Account records relevant credit transactions so you can review debits, credits and their origins.
Can an action return credits to me?
Yes, when the applicable feature explicitly supports recovery. Recover Bid and Give Up & Recover are examples where the confirmation and transaction record can show credits returned under the current rules.
Can credits expire or have limits?
BEGUIGO can apply credit expiry, balance or usage protections. Check the relevant My Account sections and notices for rules that currently apply to your account.
VIP, BPS & qualification
Why access can differ between users and how to improve eligibility.
Do I need VIP to participate?
Not necessarily. Some challenges or features can be available without VIP, while others can require a minimum VIP level. The applicable requirement is shown for the challenge.
What is BPS?
BPS is BEGUIGO’s progression and access system. Your ranking and unlocks can affect access to selected challenges or features, and the BPS areas explain how to improve your position.
Why do I need a skill or short-question verification?
Some actions or participation flows can require verification before they are allowed. The verification presented to you follows the rules configured for that action and context.
What happens if I fail a verification?
The result depends on the applicable verification policy. A failed attempt can allow another attempt or temporarily block the action for a configured period. BEGUIGO shows the applicable feedback and next step.
Winners, results & rewards
What happens as a challenge progresses and when it finishes.
Can the current winner change?
Yes. During an active challenge, new or changed bids can alter the current winning position. A current-leader indication is not the same as a final closed-challenge result.
Where will I see the final result?
When a challenge is closed and its result is finalized, BEGUIGO can show the winning bid and the appropriate privacy-safe winner information in the challenge result experience.
What if I do not win?
Depending on the challenge and available partner or purchase features, non-winners can still have access to relevant discounts, offers or other post-challenge opportunities.
Account, notifications & support
Manage your information and get contextual help when you need it.
Where can I manage my BEGUIGO account?
My Account brings together your dashboard, wallet, limits, notifications, BPS and other account tools available to you.
How do BEGUIGO notifications work?
BEGUIGO can use contextual notices and account or email notifications for relevant platform events. Available notification preferences can be managed from the appropriate My Account area.
How do I contact support about a specific challenge?
Use the support area inside Challenge Details when available. It attaches challenge context to the enquiry so the support team can understand which challenge you are asking about.
Does BEGUIGO require JavaScript?
Some interactive BEGUIGO features require JavaScript. The site can show a clear JavaScript-required experience according to the configured fallback policy, and JavaScript-dependent actions cannot be executed without the required client functionality.
