Challenge-specific eligibility, costs, limits, actions and timing supplement these general Competition Rules.

1. Scope of these Competition Rules

These Competition Rules explain the general rules for taking part in BEGUIGO Challenges. They operate alongside the BEGUIGO Terms & Conditions and the Challenge-specific information displayed for the Challenge you choose to enter.

Challenge-specific access requirements, costs, limits, qualification requirements, available actions, timing and prize information may differ between Challenges. Review the relevant Challenge before participating.

2. Eligibility & admission

BEGUIGO is an 18+ platform. A participant must also satisfy the account, age or identity checks, Challenge Request, qualification, BPS, VIP, capacity and other access requirements that apply to the selected Challenge.

Submitting a Challenge Request does not itself guarantee admission. Where qualification or another access condition applies, participation becomes available only when the authoritative BEGUIGO eligibility checks allow it.

Purchasing Credits or VIP benefits does not guarantee admission to a particular Challenge, a winning position or a prize.

3. Bids & valid participation

A bid is registered only when the authoritative BEGUIGO server accepts and records it successfully. A value shown in an input, browser history or unfinished request is not a registered bid.

A Challenge may apply minimum or maximum bid values, participant capacity, per-user limits, timing windows, Credit costs and other configured restrictions. The current Challenge interface reflects the applicable rules and server validation remains authoritative.

Where a Free Challenge has a zero-Credit bid cost, that removes the Credit cost for the relevant bid; it does not remove other eligibility, qualification, capacity or conduct requirements.

4. Bid status changes dynamically

A bid can be described as winning, unique, duplicated or by another current status according to the live Challenge state. Later valid bids and permitted Challenge Actions can change that status.

A winning indication while a Challenge remains active is provisional. It does not confirm the final winner and should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome.

5. How the winner is determined

BEGUIGO determines the winning bid using the frequency-based methodology and deterministic winner rules implemented for the Challenge. The authoritative calculation uses valid active bid records rather than a random winner draw.

Where more than one bid is relevant at the qualifying minimum frequency, the authoritative deterministic ordering and bid-record rules resolve which bid is selected.

A final result can remain subject to applicable After-Challenge validation before prize, reward, fulfilment or cashout entitlement is confirmed.

6. Challenge Actions

Depending on the Challenge, available actions can include Insert Bid, Info Pack, Auto-Bidder, Cancel Bids, Protect Bid, Recover Bid, Give Up & Recover, Pause, Terminate, Buy Now and other features made available by BEGUIGO.

Each action is subject to its current server-side rules. Credit cost, use limits, timing windows, Action Policy, Action Verification, BPS, VIP, User Protection and Credit-limit checks can affect whether an action is accepted.

An action has effect only after successful server validation and recording. If an action is blocked, rejected or fails before completion, the displayed request itself does not create the intended competitive effect.

7. Auto-Bidder & information tools

Auto-Bidder submits bids only within the parameters and limits accepted by the applicable BEGUIGO rules. Using Auto-Bidder does not guarantee a unique bid, a winning position or a final win.

Info Packs, BPS information, Pulse, Assistant, Strategy Assistant, simulations and similar features are decision-support or information tools. They can help a participant assess options but cannot know or guarantee the future winning bid.

8. Credits, costs & limits

Where a bid or action has a Credit cost, the required Credits must be available and the transaction must pass the applicable Credit-limit and protection checks before the operation can complete.

Wallet records are the authoritative account record for completed Credit debits, credits, recoveries, refunds and other supported Credit transactions, subject to correction of a demonstrated material system error.

Personal Credit limits, User Protection restrictions or other platform safeguards can prevent an otherwise available competitive action from completing.

9. Capacity, withdrawal & availability

Where a Challenge has a participant-capacity limit, availability depends on the authoritative participant state. A user is treated as participating under the BEGUIGO participation rules when the required approved Challenge Request and active participation conditions are satisfied.

Capacity can therefore change as users enter, withdraw or otherwise cease to satisfy the participation state recognised by the Challenge engine. A displayed available-place count is current information rather than a reservation until the relevant participation operation succeeds.

10. Challenge closure, validation & exceptional handling

When a Challenge closes, further competitive operations are controlled by the Challenge state and applicable closure rules. The provisional result may then enter After-Challenge validation.

BEGUIGO may need to correct, pause, close or otherwise handle a Challenge where a material technical, configuration, security, integrity, availability or manipulation issue makes normal continuation unreliable or unfair. Any resulting treatment of affected records remains subject to the applicable BEGUIGO Terms and non-excludable legal rights.

11. Fair participation & prohibited conduct

Participants must use their own eligible account and must not manipulate, interfere with or circumvent Challenge systems, qualification, limits, protections, capacity, Wallet records, BPS, Action rules or winner determination.

Multiple-account use, account sharing, automated access outside functionality expressly provided by BEGUIGO, exploitation of a known material error, or coordinated behaviour intended to obtain an unauthorised competitive advantage may be investigated and acted upon under the Terms & Conditions.

12. Authoritative records & technical discrepancies

The validated server-side Challenge, bid, action, qualification and Wallet records are authoritative. Browser displays, cached information, notifications and current-status labels are informational views of those records and can become stale.

If you believe a material discrepancy has affected your participation, contact BEGUIGO Support with the Challenge and relevant details so the authoritative records can be reviewed.

13. Responsible Participation

Competition strategy should remain controlled and informed. Set and respect your personal limits, understand the Challenge before acting, and remember that previous expenditure does not improve the probability that a future bid or action will win.

BEGUIGO Responsible Participation and User Protection tools are separate safeguards that may restrict participation even where a Challenge would otherwise permit an action.
